I fabricated a custom two piece license plate bracket for the 600RR with an integrated LED tail/brake light, turn signals, and LED plate light. I used 3/32" thick aluminum sheet for the bracket, and used a custom flexible LED array for the tail/brake/turn and a white LED "roach" for the plate light from Radiantz Hardcore Lighting. For the wiring, I spliced the tail/brake/turn LED and plate light LED wiring into the factory connectors from the original lights for easy disconnects, and used heat shrink and TechFlex carbon look expandable wire covering to bundle all the wires together neatly. The bracket is clamped to the aftermarket muffler with the mounting strap that comes with the muffler, but does not get hot while riding due to the air flow to the bracket and the heat dissipation properties of the aluminum.
