Race Report 2007 - Round 3 and 4

Event #1 Results: 1st in Class (3 total), 1st in Street Tire (10), 1st Overall (17 total)
Event #2 Results: 1st in Class (3 total), 2nd in Street Tire (11), 2nd Overall (17 total)
My thanks goes to Bryan Prima for letting me co-drive his 2000 Nissan Maxima at this double event. This front wheel drive car turned out to be the best car for this venue (loose gravel) and was only beat by an all wheel drive Subaru WRX STi. The weather was a little hot, but overall this was a really fun event.
The points from this double event actually puts me in a really good position to win the Open Championship this season, as long as I do well at the remaining 3 events at Miller Field in Dalhart, TX.
UPDATE: Unfortunately, the West Texas Region SCCA has lost access to Miller Field in Dalhart, TX until further notice, so my season has been cut short with only 2 more events being held at Kimbrough Stadium that I won't be attending.
